Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and crik7 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing https://crik7.org, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all Players who access crik7, with particular reference to Players located in or accessing the Platform from Bangladesh. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using crik7 and close your account.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with crik7, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing any bet, regardless of local laws in their jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on crik7 or on any platform whose exclusion crik7 formally recognises.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If uncertain, consult a legal professional before using crik7.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a crik7 employee or any affiliated entity or software provider.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one registered account on crik7. Creating more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Verification (KYC)

crik7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify crik7 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. crik7 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service or platform.
• Never share your account details, login credentials, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party, including those claiming to represent crik7 support.
• Always log out when using shared or public devices and never allow your browser to save your crik7 credentials on devices accessible to others.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on crik7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crik7 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment service provider. crik7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. crik7 may impose account-level deposit caps at its discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source.
• bKash and Nagad deposits credit instantly. Rocket and Upay typically settle within minutes. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank are processed same-day for requests received before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time.
• crik7 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, bank clearing systems, or network outages outside crik7's direct control.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless crik7 approves an alternative following a verification review.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 3 to 5 minutes of approval. Processing times may extend during high demand, maintenance, or technical review periods.
• Winnings from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Bonus and real-money balances are tracked separately.
• crik7 may delay or decline a withdrawal associated with suspicious activity, an open bonus wagering requirement, a pending KYC review, or an account security flag.

Bonuses and Promotions

crik7 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside a given promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple claims from the same household or device may be disqualified.
• Bonus funds must meet a rollover (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• crik7 may cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, or collusion between Players is identified.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirement at expiry will result in the bonus balance and associated winnings being removed from the account.
• crik7 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus at any time. Promotional offers are subject to change and eligibility criteria may vary by promotion.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on crik7 are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for the event and market:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended unless crik7 exercises its discretion to void a market due to a technical error, pricing error, or event cancellation.
• crik7 may limit bet amounts, restrict markets, or refuse bets on any event at any time without obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a palpable error in offered odds — including a system error, data feed error, or human input error — crik7 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension or early settlement at crik7's discretion, including in response to significant in-play events such as a wicket, red card, or score change.
• Maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event may be capped at crik7's discretion. Where a cap applies, winnings in excess of the cap will not be paid. Players will be informed of applicable limits before placing a bet where technically feasible.

Responsible Gaming

crik7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We offer the following tools to help Players manage their activity on the Platform:

• Deposit limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from account settings. A reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out — Players may request a short-term time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out the account is suspended and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals can be made.
• Self-exclusion — Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality checks — Players may configure periodic session reminders that display total session time and net win or loss position.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on crik7 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering — using crik7 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Match fixing — participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of any attempt to fix, influence, or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are offered on crik7.
• Fraud — including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, payment fraud, and exploitation of system errors to generate funds not legitimately won.
• Collusion — coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker, live casino table games, or any multi-player betting market.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with live casino games, or exploit promotions without manual human action.
• Harassment — directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communications at crik7 staff, support agents, or other Players through any channel.

crik7 operates a zero-tolerance policy on all of the above. Where prohibited activity is identified, crik7 will take all available steps including account closure, balance forfeiture, civil legal action, and referral to law enforcement.

Intellectual Property

All content on crik7 — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and page layouts — is the property of crik7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post, or transmit any part of the Platform without crik7's prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sub-licence, sell, resell, transfer, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crik7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or bet settlement disputes.
• Loss or damage from unauthorised account access that resulted from your failure to maintain credential security in accordance with these Terms.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that is later found to contain an error.

Privacy and Data Protection

crik7 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. crik7 uses SSL encryption on all pages and transactions and does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

crik7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crik7 will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered Players by email or by a notice displayed upon login. The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://crik7.org/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of crik7 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of crik7 that cannot be resolved informally through our support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. crik7 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
